At Atelier PEGAI, we stand by our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused, non-personalized leather goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition and packaging; please include all dust bags and authentication cards to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
